CHRISTIAN EDUCATION 2011-2012

We warmly invite you to participate in Christian Education.  We have classes for every age group.  We hope that you find these selections fulfilling!

Children’s Classes

Infants – 2 Years:  The Nursery is open with a paid nanny from 10:00 AM– 12:00 PM (the end of the 10:45 service).  The Nursery is found in the back of the Parish House.

Preschool (3 Years) – Kindergarten:  The Preschool children in the company of Callie Head.  Their classroom is found in Ms. Kathryn's Room in the Parish House.  Prayers, stories, music, coloring, all add to the morning of learning about God and his church.

God's Pod - 1st through 5th Graders:  This activity center based class is led by Sherri Smith, Jan Carlisto and Babs Barnes.  This class meets in a room known as The God's Pod found in the back of the Parish House. They use the David C. Cook Curriculum Anglican Edition.

Youth Classes

Middle/High School Class (6th – 12th Grades): Middle school youth will be working with Michelle Gregory and Ruth Daniels.  They use the David C. Cook Curriculum Anglican Edition. Their class is located upstairs in the Parish Office.

Crosswinds (Youth Group):  Crosswinds is for youth in grades 6th through 12th.  They normally meet every Sunday night from 5:30-7:30   Please see the Crosswinds Youth page and check the Epistle and Sunday bulletin insert for information updates.

Adult Classes

The Men’s Bible Study Group meet in the conference room on the first floor of the Parish Office led by Bill Rawls.

The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Women's Bible Study room in the Parish House.

The Adult Forum Class is open for both men and women. It meets in the Library located in the Parish House. It is led by the Rev. John Carlisto.
