Ushers | St. Paul's Beaufort

Ushering is an act of love and service just like singing in the choir, volunteering with the Altar Guild, serving on the Fellowship Committee, or working with our Youth. Ushering is loving God by serving God’s people as they come to God’s house to worship. Whether it is greeting God’s people as they come to worship, helping someone find a seat when the church is crowded, assisting someone who needs a helping hand getting to the communion rail, or taking up the collection, these are all acts of love and service to God through assistance and service to God’s people. Ushering is very easy to learn and is a minimal time commitment. Currently individual ushers average ushering about one Sunday service per month. If you think you might want to serve as an usher, please contact Sam Williams, or talk to any usher at any service.

Our History

We as Episcopalians believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. St. Paul's is part of the Episcopal Church, a church that is both rich with ancient tradition and relevant to life in the 21st century. We believe that God loves you - no exceptions.
