Marriage
The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony is a gift from God for which we would love to welcome you to St. Paul's! Marriage is when two persons "enter into a life-long union, make their vows before God and the Church, and receive the grace and blessing of God to help them fulfill their vows" (Book of Common Prayer, 861). The Episcopal Church recognizes marriage equality, and the sacrament of marriage is open to all couples. Marriage in the church is always entered into reverently and deliberately with the purpose of creating a faithful partnership that brings mutual joy to both individuals.
Marriage preparation in the church always begins with a conversation with our clergy, who you may contact by calling the church office.
